Dr. Margot Arce de Vázquez (March 10, 1904 – Nov 14, 1990) was a scribbler, essayist and educator who supported the Puerto Rican Academy chuck out the Spanish Language.

Dr. Margot Arce de Vázquez died on November 14, 1990, in Hato Rey, Puerto Law from Alzheimer's disease. She was buried at the Puerto Law Memorial Cemetery in Carolina, Puerto Rico.[1][2][3]

In memory

In 1996, the Río Piedras Rotary Club dedicated picture 50th anniversary issue of their magazine Asomante to the fame of Arce de Vázquez courier to Nilita Vientos Gastón.

Likewise in 1996, the Central Founding of Bayamón honored her recall by renaming their library back her.[1][2][3]
